i) there are 5 computers that i know of that are experiencing this issue. four of the computers are new and the 5th is in vmware for my testing.

two) these computers are all on a domain and i am the network admin. it doesn't matter if i'g on a user account or admin business relationship, the issue is the aforementioned.

i tried doing the clean boot and it did non assist. i have uninstalled every programme except for function 2013, silverlight, .cyberspace, and java.

i take been through the other thread you linked and most didn't apply.

i have tried everything you lot listed and nothing helped. the problem remains the same.

Here's a round-about way to get them

In your web browser, get to

http://role.microsoft.com/en-au/templates/

and locate the template that y'all want and then click on information technology and then click on Open in Discussion Online and and then click on Continue.  When it opens in Word Online, click on the File tab and so on Save Every bit and so on Download a copy to salve information technology to your computer.

That is NOT a fix. How can you have a site with all those templates but NO SEARCH Office??? how can y'all possibly find anything? Looks like we will have to downgrade everyone to office 2010.
